Jennie, Gracie and Scottie are going nuts here, too!!! They love the snow--Scottie tries to catch it in his mouth as it is falling from the sky!! It is funny to see him snap at the flakes. Gracie likes to chase the birds who have come to feed at the bird feeder. Both Scottie and Gracie will sit at the window and watch the birds until they can stand it no longer and then whine and bark to go out to chase them. They stay outside for about 15 minutes, come in to warm up for about 10 minutes, go back outside, etc. Gracie and Scottie have spent more time outside in the snow the last 2 days than they have ever spent outside before!!!!
I am glad now that I read the posts from other listers about how to care for our furbabies in the snowy weather. Who would have thought that we'd have this much snow in Orangeburg, SC. (4-8 inches--OK, not a lot to most of you, but you must remember, we shut down everything with just a "dusting" of the white stuff!!! LOL)!!! Jennie, where are you in SC?
