Hotmail has a security option that I use. I can set it to allow only those posts I want, i.e., various lists and specific senders. All other mail goes into a Junk Mail folder that I can look at. I can then click a box "This is not junk mail" and Hotmail will add that address to my In Folder. The rest I delete in one fell swoop.
