But what rule has been broken?  The standard calls for the Cavalier to be
shown naturally.  Does this not mean that it should be shown on a loose
lead, not hand stacked and not topped and tailed?  A handler simply putting
one knee on the ground in order that the dog may look straight ahead and
show a pretty outline rather than with it's head up in the air to look at
the handler seems to me to be just plain smart handling.  It certainly isn't
interfering with the dog showing naturally.
