There is nothing wrong with what you are doing.. The problem if there is
one is that there are people who spend tens of thousands of dollars
advertising their dogs for the purpose of facilitating wins. The
advertisments are usually quite successful. So if you believe that the
judges are affected by the advertisment, and the evidence is overwhelming
that it is effective, than one has to conclude that there is a political
aspect to dog show judging. If it were not political, the advertisments
would have no effect on judging. I don't know what all the fuss is about.
There is politics in dog showing. It doesn't mean that all judges are
"crooks". It means that with many judges advertisment and handlers gives a
dog an advantage. Does anyone honestly disagree with that? That is dog
showing.
