I have a boy whose testicle did not descend until he was about 16 weeks old. He had one at 8 weeks but no sign at all of the other one until about 14 weeks, when my vet found the other one. Within two weeks it came down and stayed down. Then I just had his son and his did not descend until 16 weeks. Almost the exact same condition. I would not give up on a truly nice puppy until well after 20 weeks. I sure said a number of prayers waiting, but it was worth the wait.
