Hi Kathy, I've heard that it's best to feed the oils individually and to rotate them as well. Cold pressed oils are the best and should be kept refrigerated for longest shelf-life. Don't buy in large quantities as the oils go rancid over time, although you can extend the shelf-life by adding vitamin E to the oils when they are first opened.
