I appreciate Susan's point, but I do occasionally use a handler and not all of us who entrust our dogs to others are mushrooms in the dark. Having said that, it seems that the sort of people who hire handlers that *do* improperly present Cavaliers, or knowingly do so themselves, don't care one whit about the "rules". They exist in every breed, and attempting to educate them is like trying to teach a pig to whistle (useless, plus it annoys the pig!!). Sigh.
