I found your post very alarming ... it's always been my understanding that a
dog being exported to the US has to have up to date vaccinations (and in the
case of a puppy, it makes sense to let time elapse for the immunisation to
take effect) plus a thorough health check by a vet not more than 36 hours
(my memory's going, it could be 48) before flying time, and certified
paperwork has to be provided to show this has been done.

I do hope your pup is okay ...
