Yes, I have found the most economical way to stream live video and audio 24 hrs a day (which I don't do while I am home - but I could). It cost me a one time nominal fee for the camera and the software. You do have to have a broadband connection.
This has really saved my life as far as worrying about Nathan. I do have an open loft-style apartment (small) so I can see him pretty much all the time. If anyone is interested, just write me and I can give you the address to check out the camera - or tell you what software/camera I use.
