Liz- I don't remember who passed this idea by me (hopefully it didn't come from this list and I'm regurgitating it!), but it struck me as terrific. The idea was to purchase a number of disposable cameras, one for each puppy in the litter, and for each puppy, keep a photo record of its development, as well as a few snapshots of the parents. Do not finish up all of the pictures on the camera, but give the camera to the puppy buyer and request that they take a few more shots as the pup matures. Only one condition: when the roll is finished and developed, one duplicate set of pictures is to be returned to the breeder.
I thought it was a great idea. Maybe someday I'll even be organized enough to remember to do it!
