WOW Leanne,
This is very complex to say the least. My vet gives my puppies their first
set of vaccines somewhere between 6 and 8 weeks of age with no corrona or
Lepto. I advise my puppy buyers only to get 2 more sets of vaccines. I
purchased a puppy that is now 5 months old and my vet gave her a 4th
vaccine. I didn't realize she had already been given 3 previously in Wales.
This really worried me so I wrote to the eye specialist in Gainesville, FL
to see if I could have inadvertently harmed her. He said not to his
knowledge. He wanted any written info about this. I would like your
permission to send him this article you wrote. I am finding that many vets
try to sell the 4th set to my puppy buyers and I have a dickens of a time
convincing them they are not only wasting their money but may actually do
more harm than good. With so much information out there it's hard to know
what to do.
Thanks for your help,
Cheryl Van Winkle
