I ordered some lambswool bedding for my crates and after four weeks of being backordered I finally got a letter from them stating that they can no longer offer those. They gave me an option to purchase another item at the same price. I declined and purchased some bedding from JB Wholesale instead. So yes, I have had some problems too.
