Robyn, I agree with you. I was yardless after having had a very large yard when I got my first Cavalier. We were two lots down from the walking path that connects several large cities. It was wonderful. My Cavalier and I walked this path daily for miles on good days and feet on bad days. She loved it. We met many nice people and gave them an education on cavaliers in general. Many had never heard of a cavalier or seen one. Some of those same people now own cavaliers and I see them out walking when I go back to the old neighborhood. I now have a very large yard again and still own the house near the walking path. I rent it out to two families both with smaller dogs. They love the location and upon signing of the lease they are then also told that they must clean up after their dogs or the neighbors near and on the path will call me on it and the rent goes up if I have to come over and scoop poop. These people love the location and stay for years.
