There are many other things that do not feel *right*. This person was never heard of before and suddenly they have several Cavaliers and 2 litters already planned. None of the dogs mentioned on the website come from breeders any of us have ever heard of. They say they are going to start showing, but they haven't yet [and already have 2 litters planned]. No club affiliation mentioned, no mention of MVD or other health issues. It all speaks of mass buy-up of dogs to start mass-breeding.
They could be legitimate, but it is highly unlikely. In fact, I would bet they are not.
