But to be honest most people use professional photography illegally even when it is a photo of their own dog. To scan and post a photo on a website, in a book, etc - you should have written consent from the photographer to use said photo in that specific venue. Besing a graphic designer - any photos we use in advertising - unless purchased from a copyright free CD - all are priced per usage. Now I doubt MOST canine photographers care, but ..........
