Hi Sheena, If it's any help at all, in determining whether your girl is a mismarked ruby or a heavily marked blenheim -- years ago, when I had American Cockers, the particolors had to have at least 10% white (and at least 10% of red or black or whatever) otherwise they were mismarked solid colors. I think I remember this correctly -- Michael, are you there? Do you know?
Perhaps the fact that she produced a blen. and a tricolor means that she's genetically a blenheim, two wholecolors only can produce wholecolors? Is that right? I feel like a font of misinformation. -- Joanne Opel Kilbrook Ringwood, NJ [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sheena wrote: >>>>>>>>The little heavily marked blenheim/ruby with a lot of white girl who was mated to a black and tan dog with a blenheim parent, last night produced two black and tan bitches, two ruby bitches, a blenheim dog and a tricolour dog. None of the wholecolours have any white on them and the partis are nicely broken and evenly marked. (I bred the bitch and her mother before her, not this litter, incidentally.) So we STILL don't know which she is!! ========================================================= "Magic Commands": to stop receiving mail for awhile, click here and send the email: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?body=SET%20CKCS-L%20NOMAIL to start it up gain click here: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?body=SET%20CKCS-L%20MAIL E-mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] for assistance.
