Hi Charlotte, Buyer eduation is the answer in my opinion! Reputable breeders, in my opinion, test for hearts, eyes, hips and patellas and stand behind their puppies for the life of those dogs! Any buyer that is unhappy with any Cavalier they have purchased or received from me is more than welcome to return same to me.
