Thanks to all who provided me with pedigree info I can now move on to part two of my project. Of my 70 chosen dogs there were over 400 and under 500 individual ancestors in their 3 generation pedigrees. I now have a spreadsheet with each ancestor in alphabetical order and columns for whether it was found in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd generation of the original and columns for the original dog's color. A few have written me privately expressing interest in the outcome. If anyone else is interested let me know and I will e-mail you the top 5 or 10 of each sex found within each color that appears most frequently.
