Oh Liz,now we're both embarrassed. I was trying to give a helpful definition of surfactants, not point out a typo. But I wanted to make sure the word was surfactants, because if it was surfectants, my definition wouldn't apply.(My face is red! I'd much rather be the person who makes a typo...indeed we are all that person......than the person perceived as having purposely embarrassed another in public.) Sue B
