Very sad, and scary, too.  Thanks for posting.  I assume the pet wasn't
adopted that day, and that no human got rabies?  The article doesn't say.

I'm curious what happened to the other dogs at the Humane Society and/or Pet
Smart Adoption, too.  For someone as inquisitive as I am, there's not enough
information in the article.  :o)
