The expected day(s) have come and gone. Boo began the debacle on Saturday evening, giving birth to five puppies in a very short time. Blenheim to ruby, all babies are ruby. Then that evening, Olivia joined the show, beginning at 10:30 pm and ending at 5:30 am, with seven little ruby puppies! That was also blenheim to ruby. Annie couldn't wait her full term, and gave birth Monday morning to six puppies, three b/t, three rubies. So I ended up with 18 puppies, 15 rubies, and 3 b/t's. At this point, I have 15 puppies left, and they are all doing well. Much better than I am; I feel brain dead at this point, popping up and down all day and night to answer the puppy and mommy calls. And please, no comment on the brain dead part. I bred three girls last year and got no puppies, so decided to go for it this year. Wow!! I had expected a blenheim girl for me, or a tri, but perhaps a ruby girl will join the other four I have. I don't have pictures yet, as they look like fat little mice, but will have some soon. By the way, they are all sold, so this isn't an advertisement!! Just sharing this miraculous adventure with my friends. Thank heavens my eight year old grand-daughter is coming for a month to be my "kid" socializer. That plus my other grandchildren popping in and out, and my doggy friends, things will be hopping here. Thanks for sharing, Rosanne
