Cathy According to Dog World dated 5th April - no decision as yet has been made. They are considering reports from Liverpool and Edinburgh Universities also for Spain and other European countries to decide whether to join the PETS scheme - Spain does not make a decision until the end of June. The article goes on to say that the dogs travelling from North America would be subject to stringent check and identity checks because of rabies, ringworm , heartworm and brucella So can't see much happening before the end of the year - maybe for Crufts next year???
