Barbara B.,

Your story of the teddy is priceless! I can just see my Dodger dragging
his "love object" out of sight so he can have his fun in peace! His
first was a yellow fuzzy duck, then a plush banana but he would use a
towel or whatever was soft that he could bunch up. If the object was
too small, he'd get SOOOO frustrated it was a hoot! He NEVER tried it
on any humans, however. He's my first cav and have had goldens before
(all males) with no such behavior. None were neutered. My good friend
is the breeder of all the goldens and has always had females until
recently. THEY mount each other all the time along with her boy that
she's had for about four years! Dodger is almost three now and the love
object action has subsided a lot. He still humps the golden's head, but
as a dominance thing when K.C. has something he wants.

Linda
