Under stud dog it says I will only breed to dogs who's owners agree to abide
by the code of ethics so that would mean you would be in violation if she is
not a member and does not register the litter.. And they also in 96 put it into
the amended code that the stud dog owner is responsible for making sure the
bitch is eligible to be bred too. Therefore, if someone has a registered bitch
and wants to use your dog and they lie to you and say she only has had five
litters and she is allowed to more litters or if they say the bitch had one
litter and was rested for one season and in fact this will make her third
litter in a row and you let her bred to your dog then you are in violation for
letting it happen and could be brought up on charges for allowing someone else
break the code of ethics with their bitch with your dog. This rule was put in
when the Sinatra's bred a restricted from breeding bitch to a members dog. Now
tell me who would really want to piss off Frank by saying NO you can't bred to
my dog!.... my my
