One of our clients allowed her Cavalier to sit in her lap whilst she keyed away at her Notebook. The Cavalier thought it was a great toy. One day, while the owner was otherwise busy, the Cavalier took the Notebook down and proceeded to play with it, as only Cavaliers do.
Result...a new Notebook. She fortunately was able to restore all her data.
