I woke up this morning to a phone call about Jimmie Lee. She asks her friends to call me and let me know she had passed on. I meet Jimmie Lee at her first cavalier show and she was taken by my b/t dog Flying Colors Nolo Contendere but because he had a tricolor parent Jimmie said she just could not breed to him because she would not live long enough to breed out the white. She had her ideas about things and you just could not change her mind. I tried to convince her she would be around for a long time but she did not think so. I know that was at least 12 years ago. I will miss Jimmie Lee and I feel good to know that she thought enough of me and my friendship to request that I be called personally. I wish we could have spent more time together but it was nice to see her a few months ago at the New Orleans show. So you see we just never know when we see someone that it may be the last time we ever see them. That is why you need to be kind to everyone and try to get alone.
