It really IS a shame -- for the Cavaliers and the other little dogs. How can
ANYONE -- even the meanest monster in the world -- treat little dogs like
this, especially ones with those sweet trusting gentle faces that were shown
on the news clip video? My heart breaks for these sweet puppies. I just
wish I could be there to help clean, hug, and foster these little ones who's
lives will probably be in even more turmoil until the legal battles are over.
Animal cruelty is beyond my comprehension. Last year some kids just
south of Buffalo broke into a barn and cruelly abused and tortured some small
farm animals. The uproar in the community was incredible and almost beyond
imagining...the judge clearly got the message and slammed the young men (they
were teenagers who were old enough to know better) with the maximum sentence
allowed by law...I wish more judges (and juries) would take this stuff
seriously. I truly hope the guy that owns these dogs rots in hell...well,
maybe hell is too good for him!
