Do you know this breeder personally? Have you been to their home? Or are you basing your judgment on their website? If it is based on the website, I have to say that I did not see anything that would lead me to believe that this was an unethical person. Granted, the website was not clear on who owned the stud, but there are several explanations for this that would be very easy to clear up with a simple phone call. Not everyone has clarity in writing webpages and it looks like these were done by a web designer and not the breeders. If this is Georgiana as Jo said, then I've corresponded with her when I had the Cavalier Courier magazine and she was a very nice person. All the photos that I have ever seen of her dogs, showed lovely, well-cared-for Cavaliers.
Sometimes the fever to jump on anyone that seems to be different reaches a piranha type of atmosphere. It's deplorable. Also, you can't always go by the names of expelled people on the ckcsc website. There are some who were treated very unfairly and didn't deserve what happened as well as some who are deserved to be there.
