Gayle is there chlorine in that water? She maybe exhausted and need a little food? The vet clinic in Eden Prairie can help if a little sugar doesn't do the trick. They don't need to know a lot about a cavalier just a lot about small dogs. Did your water set out over night or was it very cold? No ducks in the water?
