Swimming/being cold does not cause heatstroke.  Heatstroke occurs at high
body temperatures, greater than 105 degrees, not low ones.  The *treatment*
(not the cause!) for heat stroke is to immerse the dog in cold water until
the temperature drops to 103 or below.
