i am definately concerned about developing a reputation for doing something that judges dont like and others look down upon. I certainly dont want to win with him like this i mean think about the picture!! HAHAHAHHA.
off to the beach! mary -----Original Message----- From: The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel List [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Chris Gingell Sent: Thursday, June 13, 2002 8:51 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [CKCS-L] Grooming goof > anyways, we will stay home and do something else fun instead......maybe a trip to the beach to chase birds :) mary< Hi Mary. I think that's the best thing to do. If you don't believe in trimming then, in my opinion, you shouuldn't present a trimmed dog to a judge. If you won then you would be remembered as the person who shows and wins with trimmed dogs and, according to what I've read on this list, if he/she gave you the win with a trimmed dog then he/she would never receive an entry again from the people on the list at least. I'm sure I've read many times "the only way to stop judges doing this or that is to not show under them". Have a great day at the beach Mary.
