He would, considering all the extra attention he got at the groomers.
Yes, you will get over it.  The same thing happened to a friend of mine 2 days
before a show.  The groomer did not get paid for the 'grooming' and refunded the
show entry fees to the owner.
I'm sorry, I can't remember how long it took for the slippers to grow back but
grow back they did.
