I would sell her at a discounted price, and inform the buyers that she has one hip that may or may not require care in the future. Of course, spaying her would be a necessity, and our contract would state that we would take her back at any point in her life. Having the one bad hip doesn't necessary mean that it will ever give her a problem nor require any further care. I don't believe in giving these dogs away under any circumstances. If they can't afford to pay for the puppy, they certainly may not be able to afford to pay for good medical care for her if needed. Myra
