Judges who behave in the manner I have read in the first thread should NOT be
protected by having their name withheld.  The quickest way to end these
behaviours is to share the information.

Breeders who sign contracts like the one described above should not only NOT
be protected by having their name withheld but since they presented the
contract I would assume they think it is fair and should have no problem with
the information being shared.

Speculation is one thing but if the statements can be backed up as facts then
the names should be publicized.

Having said that I realize that because of fear of legal repurcussions AND
that amid the facts and names would be speculation and names prevents this
from being effective in a forum like this.  (so you can stop cringing Kim)

Isn't it a shame when society inhibits knowledge and truth.
