The gentleman in question is a lawyer and certainly could read the
litigation in which the position of the DDAL was stated. Additionally,
this was apparently not just an "article" but a petition was involved
and money was solicited.
I do believe that there is a fiduciary responsibility here that goes
beyond whether or not someone is a breeder. After all, I don't have a
strong working knowledge of either antenna windows on missles or the
physics of sound, but have worked as a lawyer in both fields and learned
the appropriate technology for the bit of work I was doing.
