I think they realize that people are concerned. Every time I have sent in my over 5 and clear documents they were sent back literally by return mail. The day Judy gets them she makes a copy and puts it right back in the mail. I've never had one gone more than 4 or 5 days. Of course I almost never have my original form signed by the cardiologist anyway because the original is sent to OFA. I keep only a copy of that. What I usually send in is my original OFA certificate although a couple of times I sent the original form to her first and then sent it on to OFA when I got it back. The OFA certificate DOES state if a cardiologist did the auscultation. Regardless, I always have a copy of everything in my hands. In actuality I am more likely to lose it than Judy is so I shouldn't be all that worried!
