I think they realize that people are concerned.  Every time I have sent in
my over 5 and clear documents they were sent back literally by return mail.
The day Judy gets them she makes a copy and puts it right back in the mail.
I've never had one gone more than 4 or 5 days.

Of course I almost never have my original form signed by the cardiologist
anyway because the original is sent to OFA.  I keep only a copy of that.
What I usually send in is my original OFA certificate although a couple of
times I sent the original form to her first and then sent it on to OFA when
I got it back.  The OFA certificate DOES state if a cardiologist did the
auscultation.

Regardless, I always have a copy of everything in my hands.  In actuality I
am more likely to lose it than Judy is so I shouldn't be all that worried!
