I *may* have gotten someone interested in the possibility of rescuing a
Cavalier. I don't know him personally; he's one of the small crowd that
gathered around Remy (and my husband) while they were waiting for me outside
a shop. Since he & his significant other wanted a puppy, I gave him a
quickie lecture about petshops, brokers & puppymills vs. good breeders, and
I got his email address and emailed him advice & info, websites to read
through, etc. He works from home, and I also suggested he consider getting
a rescue Cavalier, as it would be a wonderful thing to do and his future
puppy would have company when he's out. I had sent him the link to the
website for Cavalier of the Northeast (this person's in NYC) because I
remember they had a link to Rescue there. This person just emailed me that
the link to the CNE website doesn't work; I checked myself and no luck.
Does anyone know if there's a different link to CNE *and* to Rescue in the
NYC area?
