All I know is this: The first eye doc said that our girl, Mia, had cataracts. We took her in for a second opinion and the second eye doc said it was nutritional and put her on Bilberry, Lutein and vitamen K every day for 90 days. AT the end of that 90 days, her eyes were crystal clear. I'm not sure what effect it has, but for us it sure worked. Myra
