Oh, Welcome Robyn!  I have to tell you that if you become a student of the
historical purebred dog in the AKC archives, your story is so wonderfully
typical!  I truly love to read of successes such as yours, and may you be
cautious in your search for a Cavalier because you are knowledgeable about
purebred dogs now and therefore you stand to make MORE mistakes!  LOL!
