The Continental Kennel Club uses the annacronym CKC to ride the coat tails of a very reputable and decades old kennel club in Canada. I guess we Canadians should feel honoured.. I have looked at the continental web site on other occasions and the blatantly encourage puppymillers to breed mixes claiming they will be registered and will be healthier and more vigorous then the purebreds who have all sorts of genetic defects. They are a money grubbing group of idiots. The real CKC tried to get an injunction agains them for using the CKC title, and the US legal sector prevented it firm going through. Concidering the mind set of the organizers, the fact they even spelled the name of any breed correctly is a surprise. It is total and complete farce.
