Hi, I have tried doggie litter on several puppies and after they stopped eating it they really did use it. There are some breeders, non Cavalier,in my area that are actually advertising that their puppies are litter box trained. It works better than paper but somewhat more expensive if you have lots of puppies. The first night I put it out one of my adult male English Toys ran right to it and did it!
