Hi Debbie,

I have traveled since 9/11 and had no problem bringing my Cavalier on
board. The procedure is about the same. They did not x-ray or do
anything differently when going through security. Actually, I got the
impression that security was not sure what to do about a dog so not much
has changed-except for one thing. I swear the area beneath the seats
has gotten smaller. It took another passenger and myself to shove my
poor Cavalier under the seat. And no, he is not a large one! I used
the same Sherpa bag that I've always used with no problems until the
most recent trip.

Happy traveling.
Deborah

I am interested in hearing what people who have traveled on an airplane
this year have experienced with taking their dogs on board with them.
How do they go through the security check points? Do they xray the dog?
I have never carried a dog on a plane with me since 9/11 and I would
like to know how all this works now.
