Some of you have (pet) shelter experience, so this is directed to
you.
Is a $500.00 fee normal for a dog adoption? This is what is listed
as an adoption fee for a 1 yr old neutered male (ruby) cavalier. It
seemed almost as if they were selling him.
I was just curious because of the article a lister had shown us last
week, about shelters selling dogs from other areas.
