I'm glad to hear Golden Rescue is that responsive .... we do try and we're very fortunate to have an extensive nation-wide system. My question was really one of curiosity. I know many shelters prefer to place PB's themselves, and I've heard many complain that some Rescue groups don't return calls or will only pull young, healthy dogs. Then again, I would think many breeds just don't have enough rescue volunteers.
