Hi list, I showed my Aussies with braided leather leads and was pleasantly surprised to find that some Cavaliers are shown with them also! Of course I had to buy new one of a longer length. Mine were custom made by DMS Show leads. I don't remember if they are kangaroo or not. The key is to be sure they are braided around nylon cord, that way they do not stretch out of shape. To get mine softened, I use a good quality leather conditioner on the leather and fold the lead like you would for show. They have some beautiful muticolor leads. I have had them for years and am very pleased with the look and quality.
