I have a far less expensive method. Jean Tremblay also recommended it, and it works very well! 'bait' your dog into a 'stack' off lead with the gentle command to 'stand'. If it works only for an instant, give puppy a reward (SMALL treat), then as puppy catches onto the desired behavior, extend the wait time between the command to 'stand' and the reward of a (very tiny) treat. Practice this, and the addition of a show lead/collar will be no big deal.
