I have nothing against testing but am very "anti" being dictated to by some unknown official who very possibly has never bred a gerbil never mind a litter of puppies Finally it really upsets me to read all this "pet person" - breeder business. I have Cavaliers, I've had them for 27 years, I breed Cavaliers BUT my Cavaliers are my pets also I started off by buying two pets for my children - the fact that I have made breeding them one of my hobbies does not mean that I love them any the less.
