Mine too! - It had been partially opened and then placed in a US Postal
Service envelope, before it was delivered to me. I see this has happened to
Bulletins delivered to different parts of the country (I'm in NY). So far,
with regard to other large envelopes received by my husband and by me, this
is the only one to which this has happened. Go figure!
