A new one is about $120, but mine is used, so I probably bought it on ebay for about $15 (I buy so many I can't recall exactly, but that is my usual "comfort price" for an older book). This one was copyrighted in 1987, and my printing is 1994. Older ones are available online at amazon marketplace for $25-50.
There is a smaller, less expensive book that looks like it would do just fine, called Nutrient Requirements of Dogs by the National Research Council Subcommittee on Dog Nutrition, for $29.95 on amazon. But bidding on ebay is so much fun...
