The only supplement I give is folic acid to pregnant bitches, and a multivitamin to lactating bitches. That doesn't mean that it is "right"; it's just what I've settled on for now.
I feed kibble, with carrots & green beans for treats. That is more a function of too much to do (almost 4 human teenagers now) than a well-thought-out plan.
